Description
mpa and mpa_imp_07 were analyzed as follows: A YMC-Pack A312 (6 mm x 150 mm) column was eluted with a mobile phase composed of 0.01 N H3PO4(aq)/acetonitrile (2:3) at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. The retention time of MPA was 15.5 min, and that of mpa_imp_07 (Megestrol acetate) was 14.5 min. The UV detection wavelength was set at 240 nm.
